According to the APIRA constitution, member organizations shall host annual member meeting in turn

Purpose
To share information on the Internet statistics among Asia-Pacific countries and regions
To promote comparability of Internet measurement in Asia-Pacific region
To enhance the cooperation in Asia-Pacific region to deepen the research on statistical techniques of the Internet information

Issues
Invitation and presentation of experts from countries other than Asia-Pacific region is necessary to facilitate APIRA activity
Participation of International Organization staff in charge of internet statistics, including ITU and OECD, can be helpful for the development of APIRA.
More countries' joining in APIRA will be welcomed
